When Ruping Companies began, its core business was single-family home construction within sub-divisions, particularly in the Massachusetts communities of Burlington, Lynnfield, Woburn, Bedford, Lexington, Wayland, Natick, Arlington, Mendon and Wilmington.  Primarily contemporary Colonials and capes over 3,000 square feet were constructed, and priced from $250,000 to over $750,000.  In the recent past, the emphasis on building high-end, multi-family projects has increased, and it’s anticipated that the company’s focus will shift more fully in this direction going forward.
